padresd.com is an independent fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, the San Diego Padres, or any of their affiliates. Team names, logos, and marks belong to their owners and appear here for commentary and fan identification.

Signing in with Google lets you write posts, upload photos, leave comments, and play daily trivia. You are responsible for what you submit. Keep it about the Padres and keep it civil.

Don't submit

• Anything you don't have the right to share — including photos you didn't take and copyrighted images.
• Harassment, slurs, threats, or targeted abuse of players, staff, or other fans.
• Sexually explicit material, or anything involving minors inappropriately.
• Spam, promotional material, scams, or links to malware.
• Someone else's private information, or photos of identifiable people who haven't agreed.
• Impersonation of players, staff, journalists, or this site.

You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it on this site and in our newsletter and social posts promoting the site — with attribution to your display name. You can revoke this by asking us to remove your content.

You confirm you have the rights to what you submit and that it doesn't break anyone else's rights.

Submissions are reviewed by a human before they go live. We may reject, edit, or remove anything for any reason, and we may suspend accounts that keep breaking these rules. We aim to be fair, but this is a fan site run by fans — not a court. If a decision looks wrong, email us and we'll look again.

If something here infringes your copyright, email hello@padresd.com with the work in question, the URL on this site, your contact details, and a statement that you own the rights or act for the owner. We'll remove infringing material promptly.

Some links — notably merchandise and ticket links — are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them at no extra cost to you. The site also carries advertising. Neither affects what we write. We are not the seller and can't help with orders, shipping, or refunds from those merchants.

Live scores, schedules, rosters, and stats come from the public MLB Stats API and are provided as-is. They can lag, glitch, or be wrong. Don't rely on anything here for wagering, travel plans, or anything else that matters. Always check the official source.

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it will be available, accurate, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
